Vegan Traditional Pickled Mooli, made in small batches using a traditional Korean recipe with a twist - it's dyed pink with beetroot!

This pickle is sweet, tangy and crunchy and normally accompanies Korean dishes as a 'banchan' (alongside kimchi) but it always served with Korean fried chicken!

Serving suggestion: In salads, sushi bowls, and of course with K fried chicken!
